Why We Built This Site
Indiana gives the public access to many court records, but the access path depends on the record. Johnson County circuit and superior court case information is searched through MyCase. Official copies and documents that are not posted online come from the Johnson County Clerk of the Courts at the courthouse in Franklin. Jail and sheriff records route through the Johnson County Sheriff's Office. Traffic and ordinance cases may involve Greenwood City Court, Franklin City Court, publicaccess.courts.in.gov, or MyCase. This site brings those official channels into one Johnson County-focused reference.

Only the issuing court, clerk, or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. This site can identify likely offices, but the document has to come from them.
